Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Cloth Papa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Purchasing Online

All stock is subject to availability. Designs and colours may vary from those shown. The online store product availability may differ from in-store products. Cloth Papa is not responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online. Please check the size guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

Online promotions and in-store promotions may not always align.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at the time of purchase but are subject to change without notice. The online store price may differ from other stores and is only valid for online purchases.

When placing your order, please ensure you double-check the size prior to payment to avoid any delay in processing your order.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Receiving Your Order

Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using the items. If there is any discrepancy, please contact Customer Service at sales@clothpapa.com.au and we will endeavour to respond to your query within 48 hours.

Vouchers

1. Gift vouchers purchased online must be redeemed in the online store and cannot be redeemed in our physical stores.
2. Gift vouchers purchased in-store can be redeemed in any of our store locations but cannot be redeemed online.
3. Online vouchers can be used by entering the voucher code at the checkout.
4. Online vouchers are inexhaustible and can be used for multiple purchases.
5. Upon purchasing a gift voucher online, an email will be sent to the recipient with the voucher code.
