All prices listed below are in Australian Dollars and are current as of publication. Cloth Papa reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Australia:

• FREE standard shipping for orders over $150 per transaction.
• $11.99 for standard shipping on orders under $150 per transaction.
• $16.99 for express shipping on all orders.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed (post-payment).
• Standard delivery: approximately 2-5 business days (post-processing).
• Express delivery: approximately 1-3 business days (post-processing).

Cloth Papa uses trusted third-party courier services for all deliveries, and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
Please note that during peak sale or promotional periods, there may be delays in processing and/or courier delivery times.

Important Information

• No PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
• The estimated delivery times above are indicative only. Cloth Papa cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, including express shipping, as this depends on courier services.
• We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive your order, as a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, your parcel may be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
